What is the re-inforced option?
The re-inforced option is a structurally stronger bed all round, this includes the lids and the storage area, we do this by increasing the number of cross beams in the base and the lids.
What materials do we use to make our bespoke beds?
We use the best materials available for our ottoman beds, we use MFC for side panels, MDF for the flooring both are fire retardant, we use thick Pine Wood for cross beams under the flooring, and platform top composed of fixed position cross beams.
Can we customise the size of our headboard?
Yes we can adjust the headboard height according to the bedroom specifics or to your liking. We do charge additional costs to make amendments please speak to a member of our team.
Do we match the headboard and the bed with the same fabric and colour?
Yes, we manufacture our products from scratch so depending on the selections you make for choice of fabric and colour we will automatically cover the headboard in the same choice of fabric. If you would like two different fabrics we can also accommodate this for our customers.
Where do we deliver our products to?
We deliver across the whole of mainland UK. If you live outside the mainland UK and know of a courier that can provide delivery, we can deliver to the courier warehouse if required.
How long does it take for orders to be delivered?
Our usual time-frame takes between 2-3 weeks to deliver. This may change from time either due to going through some extremely busy periods or due to the selections you may have made for your order.
Where do we make our products?
We manufacture our products in West Yorkshire.
Do we provide a guarantee on our products?
Yes we provide a 5 year guarantee on all our orders. Our guarantee protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. This guarantee excludes fabric damage, staining or deterioration, and structural issues caused through accidental damage. Contact our team if you need assistance.
Can you delay the delivery of my order?
Yes, let us know when processing the order and we will plan it into production accordingly.
What mechanism do our ottoman bases use?
Our bed bases come pre-assembled.
- 2FT6 & 3FT bed base come as a single piece
- 4FT and above sizes come in 2 pieces.
How would I assemble the bed base and is it simple?

Can I use my own choice of fabric from elsewhere?
Yes we can upholster the products in a fabric of your choice, all we need is the details of your order and we can confirm the amount of fabric required. Please get in touch with our customer services team so they can accommodate you with what is required.
Can I amend my order once confirmed?
Once your order details are processed your order will be immediately placed into our workshop. You can amend any aspect of your order until your order is in production. To make a change, please call our customer service team as soon as.
5 Star Beds Warranty Information
5-part adjustable bed mechanism
For the majority of users, our five-part adjustable Bed Mechanism will provide the perfect solution for your needs. Rated for users up to 18st (115kg) Raising the back section will first bring the neck or pillow section up to a nice natural position. Once the neck section has lifted, the back section will automatically follow until you take your finger off the button. The centre section is static. When sitting up in bed more weight is directed vertically down and so this section is fitted with adjustable tensioners to make the slats firmer or softer as desired. The foot end is two sections, the upper and lower leg and is raised by lifting from the knee. The action of the foot end is that as the legs raise the feet are brought up at 10° below the knee.

Mattress Warranty
Our Mattress Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years
This warranty is available to you, the original buyer of the mattress, and may not be transferred to any other person. Should the mattress develop a fault within the warranty period, we will exchange the mattress. A refund will not be possible.
Dips and sags
Any permanent sags or dips that occur within your mattress despite correct usage and visible to the naked eye.

We would require photographic evidence depicting the dip. This needs to be sent to us via email to email@here.com so the fault can be demonstrated through photographic evidence. If there is not sufficient proof that any of the criteria above has been met, we will not be able to offer an exchange of the mattress. In the event of the mattress being proven to be defective, a replacement mattress will be shipped to you in accordance with our current delivery time frames. The faulty mattress will also be collected from you free of charge. (So long as this is not stained or soiled due to the risk of contamination.)
The replacement of a faulty mattress does not reset your warranty period. The 5-year warranty will cover from the original purchase date. For example, if the mattress should develop a fault after 2 years of use, the new mattress will be covered for the remaining 3 years of your 5-year warranty.
In the event that only the cover is faulty, we will send a replacement cover. We will not exchange the mattress core which remains undamaged.

The mattress warranty does not cover or extend to:
| Normal wear and tear or any condition resulting from misuse or abuse of the product. |
| Standard softening of the mattress resulting from regular use. |
| Comfort preference is subjective, dislike of firmness / softness is not a mattress fault. |
| Heat retention levels. |
| Damage caused by mold, odour, mildew, liquid or urine, soiling or improper ventilation. |
| Mattresses that have been damaged, stained or soiled. |
Mechanism Warranty
Important
Sitting on the head or leg section whilst the mechanism is in a raised position will twist the metal drive bars causing the head or leg section to raise un-evenly. If this happens, the bars can be easily replaced however this is not covered under the warranty as it is misuse.
Our Mechanism and Motor Warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years
This warranty is available to you, the original buyer of the mechanism or motor, and may not be transferred to any other person.
The replacement of a faulty mechanism or motor does not reset your warranty period. The 3-year warranty will cover from the original purchase date. For example, if a motor should develop a fault after 1 year of use, the new motor will be covered for the remaining 2-years of your 3-year warranty.
We reserve the right to replace only the faulty components of the mechanism at our discretion. This warranty covers delivery only. All components can easily be replaced with an easy-to-follow guide.
The warranty does not cover or extend to:
